Use this document with your clients to help them identify their digital assets, write out specific instructions for each, and designate an agent to manage that asset upon incapacity or at death. The VAIL lists all online accounts and assets, with web addresses, user names, and passwords to give a designated representative the ability to identify and access these accounts.
